BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY:
This license statement and limited warranty constitutes a legal agreement ("License Agreement") between you (either as an individual or a single entity) and Dr. Giuseppe Ribezzo ('Author') for the software product ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT") "Loukoumás" identified above, including any software and accompanying on-line or electronic documentation.
LICENSE AGREEMENT
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is released as Freeware.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
This end-user license agreement grants you the following limited, non-exclusive rights:
(a) Installation and use
User can install and use unlimited copies of SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
(b) Reproduction and distribution
Previous notice (by e-mail) to Author, the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be freely reproduct and distributed (for collections, compilations, reviews, magazines, web sites, etc.) provided that it is not modified and the original archive remains intact with all accompanying files, and provided that no fee is charged (except for any reasonable fees necessary to cover costs of distribution media).
Licensee may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
2. RESTRICTIONS
Licensee may not:
(i) modify or create any derivative works of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or documentation, including customization, translation or localization;
(ii) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction).
3. TERMINATION
Without prejudice to any other rights, Licensor may terminate this Agreement if Licensee breaches any of its terms and conditions.
Upon termination, Licensee shall destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
4. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
All rights, title, and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including, but not limited to, any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT) and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by Author.
5. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided to you on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of any kind. Author does not warrant that your use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT will be uninterrupted or error-free. Author does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the intended result of the use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, and you agree to assume the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, and for the results obtained from using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Author does not warrant and shall not be obligated to correct defects in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or provide updates to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to you. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTHOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.
